Why do you need concealer for under eye circles if you already wear foundation?
Is foundation dangerous to wear that close to your eye or something? I don't wear foundation or concealer so I was just wondering.
Foundation evens out light blemishes and uneven skin tone. Under eye circles and other blemishes can often be too dark for foundation to cover so sometimes you need something a little thicker or different to cover them. Foundation evens, concealer conceals. Concealer typically goes on first, then foundation, then powder to set the foundation and reduce shininess. It's all safe for the delicate eye area as long as it doesn't get in your eye
