Trio Eye
SIMPLE bronze/copper/brown smokey eye?
I want to do a bronzy smokey eye but every tutorial i watch, they use like 4 different eyeshadows. If anyone out there has a way to do it with only using one trio of eye shadows or just two singles please let me know. I bought mac pigments in tan and tried using that with a dark brown of maybelline but i didnt get the effect. i heard NYX was a good brand to use so maybe i will get a dark brown and black. I want a shimmery effect with the Eye Shadow "going up" at the outer corners if you know what i mean to get a more dramatic look and make my eyes look bigger. please leave ANY suggestions. im desprate! thanks!

I do this almost every day and only use 3 colors that can be found at any drugstore. =)
1. L'Oreal HIP eyeshadow in Flare (the light gold color, these eyeshadows come with two colors)

2. L'Oreal Wear Infinite eyeshadow single in Brushed Suede

3. L'Oreal HIP eyeshadow in Dynamic (dark brown side)

Take #1 and place all over lid, up to eyebrows (this will save you a step and double as a brow highlight) and around tear duct area as well. This is a pretty, shimmery light gold color.
Take #2 and apply to crease of eyelid, blending about 3/4ths upwards. Also apply to outer corner of and about halfway underneath eye. This medium warm brown color will mix with the light gold color to create a pretty, shimmery a bronze color.
Take #3 to create more depth in the crease, apply a light amount to the crease.
Then line with eyeliner and mascara and you're done!
