Has anyone tried the Total Body Purifier or Colon Clear Formula from Celluar Research Formulas?
What do you think of it? Did it work for you? Were there any side effects?
I was told by my gastroenterologist ( stomach doc ) that those are all gimmicks.
the best thing for colon health is lots of fibre and lots of water.
In fact, those products can wipe you clean of important electrolytes such as sodium and potassium
