I need tips on becoming a successful webcam model!!?
I haven't started yet but I did just sign up with my first company and I just wondered if anyone has any tips for a newbie. And also if you are answering and you are currently a webcam model, how long did it take you to get a steady income to live off of and how many hours do you average? Oh and also do you enjoy the job?

In case you're just looking at this one, i'll paste my answer... by the way... avoid those blogs where they're giving you tips and such, at least if it looks like they're trying to promote people or something... just useless ads. anyways, here's my answer... good luck to you...
hey there! welcome to the family haha. the job is great, as long as you're with a good studio. i'm with first sight entertainment (firstsightent@gmail.com). they're not some big site you'll find online, they have a contract with a big service so i get personal attention and care while getting seen on major sites. they pay great, and the couple who runs it both are models themselves. they don't model much anymore, but point is, they care about their cam models. as long as your studio cares, and they're signing you to a service that gets a lot of traffic, you can do very well.
so provided you're with a studio similar to how i described, it really comes down to personality. i've seen the hottest girl out there not do anything because she was just totally boring. the best way to do this is think of the people out there/camera as someone you're flirting with. that's what it comes down to. i quit my job after the second day of working because i was making more in half the worktime. i've never regretted it.
i average now about six hours a day, five days a week. i was making a livable income before only doing four hours a day, but once i saw how much i was making, i figured i should make more. so now i work three hours in the morning or afternoon, three hours at night (helps when you split it up like that), and am making what i can only describe as ridiculous money. as you build regulars, that's where the real money is. hope that helps sweetie, and good luck!
