Is the neutrogena citrus sugar scrub a good product?

I saw it at target and it looked like a nice exfoliating sugar scrub, but i want to be sure before i buy it. I have acne and red bumps on my arms, would that help to get rid of them? And if it's not a good product for that, what is? Btw, i already use the St.ive's apricot scrub for my face.

no not really,srry,i have been trying every thing and it has no been working so i tryed this home made face cleaner stuff,you put 2 advill pills and lemon juice together and put it on your face for about 1 min,it works great,you have to try it.
