Stix Eye
i just bought a pretty eye stix from avon and i need you to help me with something?
well i cant seem to get more of the Eye Shadow to come up so i can use it because it is now very blunt. i have tried twisting it and everything i can think of and nothing seems to work
can anyone please tell me how to make it work?

My friends got one of them and you turn it til it clicks but ones it is turned up it doesnt go back down.
just keep trying to turn it and hopefully it will work otherwise take it back.
