Using an anti-bacterial soap with fragrance on a new tattoo?

It's been many years since my last tattoo. I have been using Dial anti-bacterial liquid soap on my new tattoo. Today is the forth day. My artist didn't mention that it should be fragrance free. He just said use that type of soap. Should I switch to a fragrance free soap for the remainder of the healing time. Should I just wash it once or twice a day now? Today I just switched from ointment to a good dye and fragrance free lotion since my tattoo is peeling.
