How can I get an everyday smudged look with my eyeliner/eyeshadow?
When I try to smudge my eye liner or use a brush to create a smokey look with black shadow, it just seems to look like a thick, slightly faded line. I want it to look eveyday, but not just a line! Its irritating because I'm usually quite good with makeup, but i've tried line smudger, smuding with my finger, soft brushes with Eye Shadow, nothing seems to work.
I guess it depends on your eyeliner, maybe you could buy a softer one?
also try putting it on, then have a cotton swab ver slightly damp, like maybe dip it into a droplet of water(tiny) maybe spit... i know eeew
and then smudge it with that, ive tried it and it seemed to work but put on a little thicker line of the liner..
well hope it works out. i think i know what look youre trying to get, i like that kind of look
