Slice Nail
I sliced my thumb on some foil right next to the nail, and I'm worried my thumbnail is gonna grow into the cut?
I was opening something, and I ended up with a vertical slice right in the crease on the skin directly next to my thumbnail. The cut is such that my thumbnail just sort of fits into it, and I'm worried that my skin is going to grow around the nail and get deformed or something. Is my concern legitimate, and if so, how do I avoid ingrown-ness?
The cut will heal in just a couple of days... that isn't going to happen.
