When in hot weather I get sick and I have dry skin...why?

I had a job where I worked outside, and I would get a rash on my back neck (that lasted a while) and sometimes my face...years later I drove through the desert and I'm coughing and my whole face is dry...I have a rash on parts of my back, underarms, eyebrow and groin. Not intense, but enough to notice.

I did experience the same itchiness and I guess worst than yours. I'm here in Arabian country and it is extremely hot the last few months. My skin was extra dry and rashes all over your face and body, I just put some petroleum jelly every now and then. My brother in-law was the worst rashes I ever seen, they call it a HEAT RASH or something. His back neck was swollen and rashes all over his back neck, a friend of his gave him ointment and it really worked. A few days later and it's gone.
