Size Spray
Are Security Officers restricted to a certain size can of OC Pepper spray if they have a license?
I am a fully licensed Security Officer/Guard here in California. I know that Police can carry what ever they want, but I cannot seem to find this information. I read the law, but am still a little confused.
You are probably ordering online or making it yourself since the local stores will obey all the local laws.
What's more important legally if you make it yourself is the level of concentration, but California's laws also specify that it must be a canister 2.5 oz or less. I'm pretty sure the law states you cannot carry more than one canister, too.
