Overall, it's 8,333% from the B12 pill and 1,667% from the Centrum Silver. B12 is water soluble, so the excess will just be washed out and I've read there are no side effects to too much B12?
Either take the Centrum or the Nature Made pill but not both. The excess vitamins aren't flushed out by water. It gets absorbed into your body. There are side effects on taking too much vitamins. That's why there's a daily limit on the label on the bottle.
