Shinning Mineral
In the field, bugs and meteorlite.?
I was walking in a field with my girlfriend, tall grass, trees around. And I noticed that I picked up a splinter. Just below my knee, high on the shin. I pulled on it lightly, and it stretched, and recoiled, and I felt pain in a nerve in the bottom of my foot. So I stopped pulling. I pointed it out to my girlfriend, and she pulled on it, I tried to say wait, but a little piece broke off. There was still some sticking out, so I very gently, pulled and it started coming out. More and more, and it got bigger and bigger. I get it out and it looks like a giant sized scorpion shaped amoeba with little segments and hairy ganglia. We look at my now hollow leg that looks like a cave, and notice there are still a few smaller bugs in there, but mostly a hollow cave that had shiny minerals on the cave wall. And my girlfriend said, "look at all the meteorlite!"
Any ideas? I'm particularly interested in what the shiny meterlite might represent.
