Shadow Blending
How should I do my eye-shadow?
I use foundation and everything for make-up and I'm really good at applying my eye-liner but I do not know how to do my eye-shadow! I don't get the whole blending thing/
I have very fair skin. Small lips. Blue eyes. And freckles.
I would like to know what colours I should use and how to apply it.

Because you are fair i would suggest pinks or even browns because they are neutral and give a nice look. When applying it just sweep the brush over your closed eyelids and do this till you get the desired ammount you should only have to do this one or two times other wise it could look over the top.
