My pushup bra isn't pushing up?

I just purchased a VerySexy Push Up bra from Victorias Secret today
i am a size 34B and it's not pushing up my breast.
The woman that worked there told me it's the number one selling push up bra.
Are my breasts to small to be pushed up? or is the bra just not working?

Cup sizing is tricky, as is buying the right bra. A "B" cup size will work if you are truely a "B"; if you are an "A" cut you will not get the support you seek (sorry to be blunt). If this bra is not right for you it will do little to provide support.

My suggestion is if you don't think this bra is working as good as you expected, take it back for a refund. If the sales people give you any trouble, tell them the problem and they will help you get to the truth of the matter and the proper bra to maximize your assets or explain there is nothing they can do to help and give back your money. Don't be afraid to take your and their time to get to the bottom of this issue - it is their job so they need to do it right.
