What face wash should I use?

I've got the absolute worst acne right now. It's really embarassing when I go swimming with my friends and whatnot. I can't NOT wear makeup because my skin is so bad. Right now I'm so broken out along my jawline and my forehead. I've got a super hard bump on my forehead. I've had a cyst before but it was on my nose, I went to the dermatologist and he did a steroid shot in it and it hasn't come back since.

I've had the same problem and everyone has told me Dove is so great because it's for sensitive skin so try that but since I don't like that I use Cetaphil which I highly recommend.
Since cost isn't a problem I also recommend MetroGel. You put it on at night on a clean face and wash your face in the morning.
My skin was SO bad a few months ago but the combination of these two products has made me way more confident.
