How to use cream and powder eyeshadow TOGETHER?
Is there a correct way to blend cream and powder eyeshadow or am I stuck using one or the other?

just use both!!! the eyeshadow will really last a long while when you apply the cream first, and then put the powder right over it!! the powder will set the cream and make the color more vibrant, too!
