What is the best place to put cologne/perfume?
I've heard on the neck, also on the chest, also on the wrists. Where is the best place to put or spray cologne or perfume? And why?
For perfume, all the pulse points (places you can feel your pulse). The blood is close to the skin there and will warm up the scent and spread farther.
So place it at the base of the throat, the inner wrists, between the breasts is okay. I also spray a little bit on the back of my neck. I had a friend who did that, and when I would stand behind her in line I would get a whiff of her perfume. That was very nice.
