*1 cup of california mix veggies (steamed..mostly brocolli - 32 cals)
dessert:
*1 light and fight peach yogurt ( 11 carbs, 60 cals)
*4 small strawberries
*1 small handfull crunched up special k
(i layered these 3 things together like a parfait)

Actually, your meals seem to be pretty well-balanced. Just make sure you're eating enough to get your metabolism jump started so you'll have lots of energy while you diet.
