Is the BH cosmetic 120 eye palette any good?

i was interested in buying this eye palette but i was wondering if it was worth the money. Please give me some pros and cons. Also where you got your palette, because it is a bit pricey on the website. I know that it is on Ebay but i don no wish to buy this from another country. Also is the eyeshadow good quality and do you think i should get the first or second edition?

I prefer the first one because it's got more shades of every one of the colors - light orange, dark orange, orange, light purple, purple, violet, etc... I'm also in high school, and I think the first on would be a better choice. Hope I helped!:)
