Oil Soaps
Does anyone have a safe alternative to oil soap for hardwood floors?
I usually use Murphy's oil soap, but I'm all out and I wanted something a little more natural. Are there any home based products safe for the wood and my kitty's paws? I was thinking maybe a mild hand soap and a little olive oil, but I'm not sure.
INGREDIENTS
1/8 cup soap or detergent
¼ to ½ cup vinegar or lemon juice
½ cup fragrant herb tea
2 gallons warm water.
Combine ingredients in a pail or bucket. Swirl the water around until it is sudsy. Proceed as normal.
THIS IS THE ONE I ALWAYS USE....it makes your how smell awesome! Good for pets...and kids!
