How can I depot my eyeliner pencil?

I have a regular white eyeliner pencil that I would love to depot. I'm just not sure exactly how to go about it. I know that you can depot jumbo pencils very easily (such as the nyx jumbo eyeshadow pencils) but could I use the same technique for a slimmer eyeliner pencil? What should I do to get my that product out of the pencil casing?! Please help!
It is a cream eyeliner!

yes you can.. and very easily I might add, you will need a nutcracker and a tissue, wrap the pencil in the tissue and use the nutcracker to slightly crack in 3 places placed 1 inch from each other... then just use your finger the rest of the way to feel the wood , then use a tweezers to pull the liner out...should work easily for you...

p.s. even if its not a creamy pencil you can use a metal palette and a lighter to heat it to use with a liner brush.... for an excellent white liner though you may want to try detailz body paint by mehron, its WHITE.... also clown white mixed down with some 244 fluid works wonders as well.
