My dog is being desexed tomorrow. What should I expect when I bring him home tomorrow night?

Hi. My 10 month old lab is being de-sexed tomorrow. He has an undecended testicle so his surgery will be a little more invasive than usual. I'm just wondering what i should expect tomorrow night when I bring him home. Will he still be groggy, will I need to keep him away from our other dog etc. Thank you.

He will be very out of it! Just make a nice place for him to sleep because that is all he will want to do! If the other dog is a rough houser then it will be best to keep them apart.. Some dogs are known for going for that area.. so I wouldn't risk it! Also, make sure to give him his medicine regularly!! The vet will also give you a list of things to do and be careful of and just make sure to voice your concerns to the vet! Best of Luck!
