Miniature Perfume
Do you collect anything, and if so what is in your 2nd house?
I was answering another question, and it started me thinking about what we collect. My 2nd house is empty, but it's Scorpio ruled by Pluto, which is located in my 10th house.
I have collections of things from back when I was a child, and first started collecting 'pretty' rocks and minerals. I've also been collecting miniature perfumes since I was a teenager. My home looks like a library because there are very few books which I can part with, and only then to someone who will appreciate them. And my closet looks like a shoe store.
I'm wondering if because my 2nd house is empty, that maybe I feel a need to have so many collections? I'm the same way in my financial and business life as well.
Have you found that your 2nd house describes what you collect or amass? Or do you collect at all?
oh good question, Iris. I have virgo on the cusp of the second with Jupiter in Virgo and Pluto in Leo. I am not a collector, per se, but I do hold onto things (sentimental) for a long time; but finally, there comes a point where I just let it go.
I held onto Christmas cards that were sent to me for 10 years. Finally, I introspected into the why and realized that they had to go - and I got rid of them all at once. I hate this fact about myself - it is a lifetime curse.
