What do you think of my poem and can you quess what it means?

Trapped:

Pounding faster,
faster,
to some unknown destinatation.
Coughing on the acid green smoke swirling around me.

They are after me,
they are chasing me.
I see a midnight black door infront of me,
but as I run towards it,
brick walls clothes in all around me,
I turn to go back but the brick wall seals itself.

I am trapped,
I try the black door but is locked,
and I forever more,
am stuck here.
Ummmm... thanks for the advice... yeah I realize about the spelling errror. But I wrote like this on purpose... and it is my peom.

the ending seemed to echo poe's raven, but that might just be because i've spent a week of school working through his stuff

personally i love the imagry of the acid green smoke and midnight door, it adds to the darkness of the piece.

i dont understand the 'clothes' but i didnt notice it until someone pointed it out
