Matte Makeup
What is the best full-coverage, matte mineral makeup with SPF 15 or higher?
Bare Minerals is too shiny for me. It has to be matte. It can't be too sheer, it has to cover redness really well and many of the brands I have tried just don't have enough coverage and/or look cakey when applied heavily enough to get more coverage. And there aren't too many with SPF as well. Which one offers ALL 3 of these? It can be loose or pressed.
I am an Avon rep & I have so many customers who love the Avon Smooth Mineral Foundation. Online it currently shows as discontinued, but it will be back out in September.
