What is the best brand of eyeliner, mascara, and Eye Shadow to buy?
I need eyeliner that actually stays on and doesn't smudge and is waterproof
I need mascara that doesn't clump together, infact how do you not make mascara clump together?
And eye shadow that stays on and one eye is't more thicker than the other
HELP!
eyeliner: MAC power point eye pencil. Is actually waterproof, and stays put where you apply it until you use a water proof make up remover. Then again, it's soft so you can make a smoky eye with it, but when it sets, it SETS. If it can handle a good ol' Norwegian snow storm, trust me, it's waterproof 
Mascara: I really like Maybelline colossal volum' express (the bright yellow one). It gives volume and lenght, without clumping and look spidery. To not get them to clump, wiggle the wand as you apply it.
Eyeshadows: depends on you like pressed or loose...pressed, it's MAC without doubt, but they're pricey so depends on how much you want to spend. My all time favorites are from everydayminerals.com . You can decide if you want a sample jar or a mini size, but I would just suggest the sample sized. They are so pigmented so they last forever...I've had one sample jar for about 2 years now, and this is a shade that I use almost every day, and I'm about halfway through. And, because they are loose and pure minerals, they don't expire unless you get water/something fluid in them. Really recommend these, they are so pretty

But either way, pressed or loose, I would suggest investing in a primer. MAC paint pot(s) are my favorite(s), but the urban decay primer potion are also really good. If you don't have one and don't want to buy one for whatever reason, an ok supplement is liquid foundation or concealer. But obviously, a primer would be better considering that it is the primer's job to keep the shadows in place...
