Tips on How To Do My Makeup?
I'm going to spring fling, and I would like some advice or ideas on how to do my makeup. I'm wearing a black and white dress, a pearl headband with a cream rose. I was thinking that since my dress is so nuetral doing something crazy like turquois eyeliner. What do you think?
Yeah, I think that will look awesome. 
Try doing something amazing to your eyes - like you said, turquoise eyeliner. Then maybe add some fake eyelashes ( the ones with jewels on the end ).
Instead of lining your whole eye with that colour, try using white in the corners and turquoise on the outer corners and blending inwards.
Remember to go light on the lips - otherwise you'll look like a clown. So i suggest just a light coat of lip-gloss or shine.
