I have cracked skin on my legs and i tried lotion, vaseline, and i shower daily? I want to cure it at homeHELP?
I have cracked skin on my legs and i tried lotion, vaseline, and i shower daily? Every time i shower after i put on lotion or vaseline. I really need help! I never wear shorts, skirts, and even leggings. I always wear pants to cover up. I looked on the internet to find cures but there was nothing. I want to cure it at home. PLEASE HELP.
I'm not sure what else can help if you've already tried lotion and vaseline, however I do have a couple suggestions to make since I've had skin problems myself before. Try using baby oil or baby lotion right after you shower. However, when you shower don't use regular soap- based shower gel or soap. It'd dry out your skin. Instead, try using the brand Cetaphil, my doctor recommended this to me since it's not harsh on your skin. The lotion from Cetaphil is awesome, however it doesn't smell great like others since they don't add fragrances to it. Also, don't shower too long. Always moisturize whenever possible.
