Liquid Powder
Do you have to wear powder over liquid foundation?
I'm ready to start wearing foundation but, I'm a little lost. Nobody in my family wears much makeup (mostly eyeliner and lipstick.) I'm not sure if you have to wear Powder over Liquid foundation or not. (Here's what I'm planning on using: http://www.covergirl.com/products/product.jsp?productId=ultimate_finish_liquid_powder_makeup )
Bonus question: Concealer, it goes under your eyes right? but why not just use foundation? Thanks!
You don't have to wear powder over liquid foundation unless you're using a loose powder and you want to seal your liquid foundation so it lasts longer. It also adds more coverage if you need extra coverage with your liquid foundation.
The product that you're talking about doesn't need any of these. However, if you have oily or acne prone skin I wouldn't recommend this product because it'll be heavy on your skin and might clog your pores.
Concealer can be used wherever you need to hide imperfections. Redness, dark circles, acne scars etc. Foundation is to provide an even skin tone whereas concealer has a heavier consistency that's better used to conceal imperfections.
