What do you put on before and after Dream Liquid Mousse?

Is it OK to put powder after the Dream Liquid Mousse?? Or no?

1. Always start with a moisturizer, it will help smooth out any dry patches and allow your foundation to glide on really smooth. If you have a good moisturizer you don't need a primer.
2. A primer will just smooth out the skin and cover up your pores so the foundation glides on effortlessly. Rimmel Fix&Perfect is my favorite drugstore primer.
3. If you are using a liquid foundation concealer can either go after or before foundation depending on how well your concealer matches your founation. If your concealer matches really well apply your foundation first, kind or to pre conceal. If your concealer doesn't match well, apply it first then cover with foundation to even it out.
4. If you are using a cream blush, or any sort of cream products on your face after foundatin you would apply that now.
5. Powder to set your foundation. You can use either a mineral foundation, a pressed powder, a translucent powder, any form of loose powder will work. Just dust that all over your face to set the liquid foundation and make it last longer. Powder after foundation is perfectly fine, itjust sets the liquid to make it last longer.
6. Now you would apply any powder products to your face like any powder blush, bronzers, contours, anything like that.
