Makeup questions..ANSWER ALL OF THEM IN DETAIL 10 POINTS?
1) What is the best type of blush? How much blush do you put on? where do you start?
2) Is lipliner really important? If so, how do you put that on? What type of lip liner do you recommend?
3) How do you put on eyeliner? My hands always shake when I try to do it. I like the eyeliner pencil cause its easier. I need detailed steps on how to do it.

Sorry if I seem pushy. I'm just new to the makeup world. Answer what you can. You don't have to answer everyone.
I love love love blush by BeneFit. It's kinda pricey, but it comes in a little box and lasts forever. Try the "Dandelion" if you're fair, or the "Dallas" if you're darker complected. All you have to do is smile, then sweep it on the part of your cheeks that get fattest, then blend it a little with your fingers. Most brushes that come with blush suck, but the ones they come with work great.
I don't really wear lipliner, it tends to stay on after your lipstick wears off and looks funky. Plus, if you're new to makeup, you're probably a little younger and lipliner is best for older women who have to worry about lipstick seeping into the little lines around the mouth. I wouldn't bother with it.
Eyeliner, for me, took practice. You want to start with a creamy pencil that goes on easily-the ones that you have to twist up tend to be creamier than the ones you have to sharpen. Revlon ColorStay is good.
I start at the inside corner of my eye and draw a thin line along my lash line-stay as close to your lashes as you can, a thick line is usually better for parties or night, not just for regular day wear. End your line at the outer corner of your eye. You can also try to balance your wrist on your cheek for more stability, and it's easier if you have a triple magnifying mirror.
