How can you get rid of a stye?

It's my birthday tomorrow and i am having a party! But i have this massive stye on the bottom of my left eye lid. Please help! Also, I heard that pulling out the infected eye lash with tweezers gets rid of it in like a day! Is this true?

I used to get styes a lot so if the stye just grew you can pull out the eye lash on top of it and it work most of the times but if the stye had grown then I think it's useless. I tried to pull out the eye lash once when the stye is really big and it hurts! Usually the style will rupture within like 6 or 7 days but if you wanna expedite the natural process of healing you need to use antibiotic ointment or eyedrops and warm water to compress it as many times as possiblea. Oh and if all that didn't work you need an incision to drain the pus. The incision is quick and safe and you'll get rid of the stye within hours but it's painful.
Prevent stye:
Don't touch your eye, if you have to make sure you hands are clean.
