Gel Spray
How much hair gel and hair spray would I have to use for this?
I'm serious, keep that in mind.
My friends and I planned on putting my hair up in a giant fohawk or giant liberty spikes.
My hair is about 2 to 3 feet long, and I would like to know how much hair gel and/or hair spray I would need.
I really want to do this for our dance that is Saturday January 23, 2010.
It would be oh so greatly appreciated.

You could do a faux hawk that is braided on the sides, though it would be hard to do yourself. Or you could try the advice given by this article it really works. Hair spray after, I would recommend using "hard head" by Tigi. It's a super hard holding hair spray and lasts well even on fine hair. Gel won't work because it moistens the hair and weighs it down. You can use glue and a hair dryer then hair spray and finish with the hair dryer again, but this article is meant for a strong holding 'hawk.
