Gel Pure
Is it best to use pure aloe vera gel on the skin and hair straight, or mix it with something like pure water?
Pure aloe vera is great for skin and hair. I would suggest mixing it with pure water (distilled or spring) for using in the hair. You could also add some essential oils (peppermint, rosemary etc.).
You could also buy the aloe vera juice from the health food store and put in a spray bottle with pure water and eo. Use this to moisturize your hair. A little maybe teaspoon or so of vegetable glycerin to the mix. Do a search for it for your hair type on the web.
