Gel Eye
How is a good eye cream/gel supposed to feel ?
After applying eye cream/gel, what if the eye lid area feels a little sticky when the gel dries, does it mean that the product is not so good or are some products meant to be this way?
I'm using Bio-essence's 24K gold Eye Contour Lifting Serum.
from my experience, serum tends to be a little sticky when it dries, but eye cream is not as sticky as serum.
