Body Maintenance Is Important
As we grow older, our children are all independent therefore now is the time you can indulge in yourself. Go for special treatment such as massage, beauty therapy, facial, and spa. All these years, we have neglected our body; most of us only focus on the face. With a well cared body, you will feel better, confidence as well.
Look for cleansing soap that contains moisturizers, olive oil, avocado, nutritious almond oil. Besides the cleansing soap, get daily body scrub, body lotion. Remember, to get proper brush for body. Too much shower under running water can dry your skin further therefore proper drying of your body with a towel is important and this helps to remove dead skin cells and improve your blood circulation.
After you have dried your body, apply some body lotion all over to give your skin a smooth look and smooth touch and not looking dehydrated. For very dry skin, cream Body Lotions are recommended. Most ladies, as you age, your cleavage is the first area to lose its elasticity, next will be your elbows then your knees therefore these are the areas you should always focus on.
You might like to smell good after every shower, so choose a fragrance body cream or lotion after you have applied the earlier body cream or alternatively just buy a fragrance body cream or lotion.
Hairs may not be pleasant at certain area of your body. Well this problem is not a problem as you get older. Hairs become sparser and soft and eventually not visible. But if you still choose to remove it by shaving, remember to moisturize back to keep skin moist.
People judge people by looking at their hand and nails. Proper manicure as well as pedicure done by professionals or do it on your own is part of grooming. Maintain your nail well and have a certain length that you are comfortable; buffing your nails can give your nail a pleasant image to your overall look. Inspect your nails and maintain them from ingrown, fungus or calluses. Nowadays, they have the nail art stickers which you can apply by just pasting them on your nails and making them look pretty.
Another important factor for body maintenance is your body being exposed to the sun. Too much ultraviolet sunrays can damage your skin. The UVB penetrates to the bottom level of the skin and break all the elastin and collagen. This will then cause a premature ageing and even lead to skin disease.
Whenever you are walking in the sun or sun tanning, always apply sun block lotion. You can get these products easily online or in the store. You can also look up in the youtube.com and type sunscreen for the body. You can learn where to get them and how to apply.
