I'm 19. I've never worn foundation before until now I started. But I think I have very delicate skin becuase I tried all drugstore foundation and avon but my skin still itches alot and i know that becuase when I'm not wearing any it doesn't itch. So I want to wear one for sensetive skin. That doesn't irritate or make my face itch. Also one that is minerla that is not going to damage my skin in the future, like skin cancer or something like that.

I would avoid buying cheaper foundations at stores like Walgreens and CVS. Since you obviously have sensitive skin, I would go to the mall (to Robinson's May, Dillards, Nordstrom...) and visit a Clinique counter. They offer TONS of makeup, including foundations, specifically for sensitive skin types. The associates that work there will also help match you up with what would be best... You don't have to go about it alone.
It isn't even that expensive. A good foundation there will cost you anywhere from around 18 to 30 dollars a bottle.

Oh, and as a side note, you mentioned that you wanted things that would not harm your skin. Clinique will not, but you can also check out organic make-ups at Origins.
