how can i keep a healthy face skin?
i have noticed that my face is becoming darker like dirty and very oily and also i have blackheads on my nose.
i wash my face twice a day and i use blackhead cleanser but my skin still looks like i don't wash it and two hours after i wash my skin becomes oily..
can you suggest me any product that could help me or any tips?
Most cosmetics are oil based and chemically oriented promising the world!
I used to design the packets they come in and do the finished artworks.
I was also a commercial artist,and saw all the hype set to sell their products.
l tell you this to say, some might cover or dry out your skin,and help initially, but in the long run, your skin is the biggest cleansing organ on your body for elimination of toxins from your blood, supplied by the food you eat, and the air you breath.
I would say the best long term solution if you are serious, is to eat as much raw fruit and vegetables as possible with whole grains of any sort especially oats for skin. Reduce, or delete takeaways or anything cooked in cheap fats. Cold pressed Olive oil is best if you have to cook. Cut down on animal products/oils especially cooked ones and all products that have them, plus delete soft drinks and fast foods.
Try rubbing the skins [after eating], of avocadoes onto your face at night for a few hours. And also oats and malooka raw honey together and with avocardo, or seperate onthe skin.
This is a view that will effect your whole body and your mind for the better and you will get comments on how nice your skin is [ after a while] ,as it will reflect your good inner health, .
Exercise speeds the whole process up 3 times quicker also, eliminating toxins through all your body funtions.
