Eyeshadow Base
Eyeshadow base?
I can't afford MAC primers, paint pots or anything else that can be used as a base for applying eyeshadow. Plus I don't have any stores around me that carry MAC or Urban Decay, so what can I use for a drugstore brand as a base?
Would Visine or a homemade mixing medium make it work as a base?
If you put some foundation or concealer all over your eyelids first, it acts as a great base for Eye Shadow. It will make it last a lot longer.
