I'm looking for a good gel eyeliner.
can anybody recommend & give me feedback for one?
so far, i heard stila's, bobbi brown's, mac's, l'oreal's hip, and etude house's [korean brand] gel eyeliners work well.
but which one works the best? i cant decide which one i wanna buy first.
