I don't understand this question. Thanks for the help 
Without some additional background information this will be hard to answer specifically. However, I assume that you are trying to design a probe based on the known amino acid sequence of a protein, in order to detect either its corresponding gene or mRNA. Using the genetic code, which is degenerate (more than one codon can code for a particular amino acid in most cases), you would assemble the list of codons that would correspond to the amino acid sequence of interest.
For instance for the peptide Met-Pro-Gly-Met:
you could infer a DNA sequence of ATG-CCN-GGN-ATG
this is because the methionine codon is always ATG while proline is coded for by any codon with CC and the third (or wobble) base of the codon can be any nucleotide. Similarly for glycine the codon can be GG followed by any base in the wobble position.
