How to treat cracked heels?
Actually I only have one cracked heel (on my left foot). Long story. If I apply oil or something to the heel, can you think of a good way to keep it there without getting messy socks?
The best way to heal cracked heels on the foot is to put a thick layer of paraffin jelly or petroleum jelly on it. after doing this, put cling film or a plastic bag over the feet or foot (in ur case), and leave it on overnight. (do this before going to sleep). in about a few weeks time, your heels should be smooth and healthy.
