i am 32 yrs old and need makeup tips?
i have dark uneven complexion and bit oily skin.my trouble is that no type of makeup suits me.i look darker with makeup on. i have tried foundation and compact powder but it does not suit me.
i am limited to lipstick and kajal(kajal looks good on me),but in every marriage or function all other ladies look bright with make up on i am casual as always and this gives me a complex,
kindly give me some tips to look bright and formal.
I have dark olive skin and somewhat oily skin. My skin tone is uneven as well. I use the Physician's Formula foundation (it keeps me from breaking out and controls the oil). I also tend to look a lot lighter when using this. My advice for dark skin and makeup would be to play up either your eyes or your lips. After evening out your skin tone, put on a bright lip color, like a coral or a red; this will instantly make you look more formal. As for your eyes, if you choose a somewhat neutral color you can darken them with liquid eyeliner or kohl, use mascara (Again, Physician's Formula is pretty good), and put on a dark blue, green, or brown Eye Shadow, as those look best on women with dark skin. To look brighter, choose eyeshadows that have a hint of gold in them to play up your skin or put gold eyeshadow around the creases of your inner eye. Good luck!
