OPK LH surge testing in AM or PM?
i tested this morning and I had two distinct lines that were equal in color. I tested about 10am I believe it was. I had not gone to the bathroom for a bit and had not consumed any liquid. Now I tested at 2pm and I have consumed liquid and do not know the last time went to the bathroom. I do not have a surge. I have researched online and it says that testing after noon or later is best. I do not understand why though. Does this mean that I am not surging? I am to wait until I have two lines around 2pm to know I am surging? Please help, I need to know obviously... thank you all so much for reading and any assistance you may offer.
in the morning you are more concentrated with the LH hormone and can get false positives from OPKs that's why it tells you to test in the afternoon or evenings.
