10 Ways to Apply Perfume and Cologne
There are many different ways that you can apply your perfume or cologne. Here is a quick guide to some of the most popular methods:
1. Walkthrough: This is the method that requires you to spray some of the cologne into the air and then walk into it. This is a good way of making sure the scent is applied evenly across the top part of the body.
2. 1-2-3: This is where you simply spray yourself three times. You should spray once on your left shoulder, then the right shoulder, then above the head.
3. Mexican Shower: This is when you avoid having a shower and instead spray large amounts of cologne on your body.
4. Spraying and spin: this means spraying your fragrance in the air, walking into it, spinning around, which will apply it to the whole of the top of your body/back.
5. The 1-2-3 spray and spin: This combines two different methods, firstly you should spray your head and shoulders and then spin around. This is basically the same as spraying into the air and then spinning through it. This is a good way of applying strong sense to the whole body.
6. The Gentleman: this is the most common way for applying cologne and perfume. This means spraying for about 1 to 2 inches away on to your rest and the net.
7. Naughty mist: this means spraying your perfume or cologne down your pants and onto your private area. This is popular for those who are about to get intimate with someone and want to make sure they smell fresh.
8. The facial: if you smoke and don't want your face to smell afterwards this is a good way of avoiding that. All you need to do is spray your cologne or your perfume on to your face. When doing so, do so for about 6 inches away and cover up your eyes.
9. Tasty treat: this means brain cologne into your mouth which is are recommended, but could be effective.
10. Latteral: this means making one swoop down the of your body at the same time as spraying your fragrance. After you've done this, do the same thing instead going upwards to make sure your body is covered. These are just a few ways that you can apply your perfume or cologne.
Many of these have been tried and true ways, though others are not quite as effective. It is important to realize that some perfumes are more strong in their scent than others. When you spray your cologne or perfume, you will eventually get used to the smell after a few hours of wearing it.
This means that you may no longer be able to smell it, however, you do not necessarily need to keep applying your perfume throughout the day. If you do, you may find that the smell becomes too overpowering to other people. The best thing to do is to get out there and try some of these methods for yourself, to find out which ones work the best!
