Little Known Ways to Quick and Effective Cleansing Skin Care
Cleansing plays a vital role in healthy skincare. Your skin is exposed to all sorts of pollutants as well as dirt and sweat that accumulate during the day. Most of these are can go undetected on your skin; however skin cleansing can remove most of them.

2. Avoid Soap-based Cleansers – Soap based cleansers have a tendency of irritating the skin on your face since they usually contain fragrances. A better alternative is to use “soap-free” cleansers or organic based cleansers that contain natural oils.
3. Hot and cold Water- Do not use very hot or cold water to wash your face. Very hot water can cause rashes due to high heat, whereas cold water can cause your skin-pores to contract and close-up which prevent moisturizers from being absorbed. Rather bathe in lukewarm water.
