what does it actually do when you press clean up disc space how does it work and will i lose songs on itunes?
im try to free up disc space and deleted all i can delete
i have a lot of songs
i dont want to lose them on my itunes
when i go to my computer
and properties
it shows my space almost full
if i click clean up disc space will this mess up my computer?

This prety much removes files windows doesn't need anymore. This will not affect any personal files (music, movies, documents, etc...). It will remove temporary files (like backups of stuff you download), thumbnails (little previews of pictures) among other inconsequential things. It all depends on what you choose to remove. All the items have descriptions attached, you should be safe during the picking.
