Is hard candy's Eye Shadow good quality?
I was looking for a good, shimmery gold eyeshadow, I found some on mac but it was too expensive (my job doesn't start until summer, so I think my mother would notice on the receipt if I snuck a $20 piece of eyeshadow into the cart), so I decided to look at other stores like walmart (we're going there soon, so that's why) and I saw some shimmery gold eyeshadow by hard candy, and was wondering if it's good or not.
