How can i get a custom paint job from aeresol spray cans, like a candy blue or candy apple?

I recently did a paint job with a aerosol spray can and everything was fine until I put the high gloss and high clear coat but, when i put the clear and it dried it looked like dew had settled on it. And i was wondering what i can do about that.

you cant get that out ,it actually settled in to the paint on it,that's the problem with spray cans they dry up to fast,you might wet sand it and buff it out that might help it,other wise i don't know what to tell you,buff it out and see if that helps it,good luck.
